With over two decades of experience in the glass industry, Mark has been a vital part of Custom Glass Atlanta since transitioning from military service in 2000. After proudly serving 12.5 years in the U.S. Army, Mark brought his discipline, attention to detail, and strong work ethic into the field of custom glasswork. Based in Columbus, GA, he is a devoted father to four sons and a proud dog dad to two yorkies, Keke and Dawson, who are just as much a part of the team—accompanying him to work every day. Known for his precision and personable approach, Mark is passionate about delivering quality craftsmanship and building lasting relationships with clients.

Karen has been in the glass industry since 2017, after spending 20 years working in radio. She brings a great mix of communication skills, organization, and a warm, friendly presence to the Custom Glass Atlanta team.She keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes and helps make sure every customer feels taken care of. Karen lives in Auburn with her husband, Lane, and their pug, Puddin.

Michael brings over 20 years of experience in the glass industry, with a strong focus on custom closets and shower designs. As Sales and Operations Manager, he works closely with customers and the team to make sure every project runs smoothly from start to finish. Michael lives in Beauregard, AL with his wife and their two sons. When he’s not at work, you can usually find him at the ball field, cheering on his boys at youth baseball games.

Cody has been part of the glass industry since 2020 and brings a strong work ethic and friendly attitude to every customer interaction. He lives in Beauregard with his wife and their two sons. Outside of work, Cody enjoys traveling to Montana and Canada for duck hunting, and he’s a regular at the ball field, cheering on his kids during youth baseball season. His passion for the outdoors and commitment to family shine through in everything he does.

Nakia is the newest member of the Custom Glass Atlanta team and is quickly learning the ropes of the glass industry. She lives in Beauregard with her husband and their three children. Outside of work, Nakia loves singing, decorating, and spending quality time with her family. Her positive energy and willingness to jump in wherever needed make her a great addition to the team.
